Land Clearing in the Treasure Valley

Overgrown acreage cleared and ready to use.

Overgrown acreage doesn't clear itself. Iron Crest Earthworks opens up Treasure Valley lots and rural parcels — cutting brush, removing trees and stumps, clearing fence lines and ditches, and hauling the debris off so you can see, use, and build on your land again.

Whether you're prepping a building site, creating defensible space against wildfire, reclaiming pasture, or just tired of fighting the brush, we bring mulchers, skid steers, and excavators sized to the terrain. We can leave the material chipped on site or haul it away — your call.

Our process

How we handle land clearing

  1. 01

    Walk the property

We look at the acreage, the vegetation, the slope, and any keep-areas, then quote it free.

  2. 02

    Clear & remove

Brush, trees, and stumps come out with the right machine for the ground, working around anything you want to protect.

  3. 03

    Chip or haul

We mulch material on site for erosion cover, or load and haul it off — whatever fits your plan.

  4. 04

    Grade the cleared ground

We can rough-grade the opened lot so it's ready for the next step.

In the Treasure Valley

Built for local ground

Treasure Valley clearing often means defensible-space work in the foothills, reclaiming irrigated pasture in Canyon County, and clearing fence lines and irrigation ditches. We're mindful of fire season, dry brush, and erosion on cleared slopes — and we know that some parcels have protected drainages and trees worth working around.

Land Clearing FAQs

Do you remove stumps and roots, or just cut at the surface?

Both options are available. We can grind or pull stumps for a truly clear lot, or cut and mulch at grade if that's all the project needs.

Can you leave the mulch on site?

Yes. Mulching in place is a great low-cost option that also helps with erosion. We can also haul everything off if you'd rather start clean.

Do you do wildfire defensible-space clearing?

Yes — we clear brush and create fire breaks and defensible space around structures, which is increasingly important in the foothills.

Will you work around trees I want to keep?

Absolutely. We flag keep-areas and protected trees before we start and clear around them.
